Outdoor Fall Family Sessions

• Wear whatever you like – outfit tips [HERE]
• Location: Park near Woodinville Costco
• Sunset sessions in September & October
• 30-minute sessions, 2 spots available each evening
• Includes family, sibling, and individual child portraits (as time allows)

Rescheduling:
• No-fee reschedule up to 14 days in advance (based on availability)
• If there's a 30%+ chance of rain 24 hours before, I'll automatically reschedule to the next similar day

If you child is under one consider a studio session for better timing and warmth!

The Fine Print

• Full gallery includes 15 edited images, depending on your child(ren)
• Light retouching included; 3 favorite images can be retouched further at no cost
• Returning clients save $100 on their image collection
• Add a personal Zoom ordering appointment for $75
• WA sales tax will be added to your invoice

Note: To keep minis affordable, Zoom/online selection appointments aren’t included—but can be added if you’d like. After your session, just let me know which collection you'd like, and I’ll choose the images for you.

How It Works

1: Book

A non-refundable booking fee and contract is required to reserve your session time.

Digitals and products are purchased separately, and not included in the booking fee.

2: Plan

Julia will be in touch to send all her tips and resources to make your session seamless.

Feel free to send Julia your outfit choices if you need some feedback, she’s happy to help!

3: Session Day

Set aside

  • 30 minutes of actual session time in the park.

  • if it’s 30% chance of rain or higher we will reschedule 24 hours before.

4: Photo Selection

Julia will choose your images for expediency and cost savings.

Zoom selection appointments are NOT included but can be added.

Want to add a personal zoom appointment for your images choices? No worries it’s only $75, please let me know.

5: Delivery

Your images will be fully edited and delivered through an online gallery for easy download and sharing.

Digital images come in full resolution + optimized for web and mobile.

After full payment, you'll receive:

  • 2 sneak peek images within 3 days of payment.

  • Full gallery within 10-14 days (need them sooner? Lmk!)
